You can reserve your new home with a €5,000 booking deposit. Gunne Property will confirm by letter to both you and your solicitor the relevant details of the sale. While the booking deposit paid is fully refundable prior to signing of formal contracts, Mullagharlin Ltd undertake to fix the price on the day of reservation, provided contracts are returned and signed to the developer’s solicitor within 21 days of issue.
